Chelsea's biological father, Steven Tallarico, adopted her, giving her his last name. Chelsea is best known for her role as Paige Hamilton in the Disney Channel original series "Lizzie McGuire."
Personal Life
Chelsea is married to actor Jon Foster. The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Lula Rose Foster, in December 2014. They welcomed their second child, a son named Vincent Foster, in December 2016.
