How to Edit or Cancel an Order in ShipHero

Editing an Order

To edit an order in ShipHero, follow these steps:

1. Search for the order in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the order number to open the order.
3. Make the necessary changes to the order.
4. Click the "Save" button to save the changes.

Canceling an Order

To cancel an order in ShipHero, follow these steps:

1. Search for the order in the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the order number to open the order.
3. Click the "Cancel" button.
4. Confirm that you want to cancel the order.

Note: You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
