Perth Observatory, located just 25 km east of Perth, Australia, will be live streaming the total solar eclipse from Exmouth from 9:30am AWST on April 8, 2024. This will allow people to safely view the eclipse in its most spectacular form.

In-Person Viewing Options

If you prefer to experience the eclipse in person, here are some options:

• Visit the Perth Observatory to take advantage of their solar telescope and pinhole viewers.
• Attend the eclipse viewing event at Yagan Square Digital Tower in Perth, where the eclipse will be live streamed from Exmouth.
• Travel to Exmouth, Western Australia, which will experience the full 100% totality of the eclipse.
